Having an account on the Valenta webshop comes with a couple of benefits. For example: when you order an article your information will automatically come up in the order procedure. You don’t have to fill in the order form any more. Your orders will all be stored in your account, which makes it easy to check all the information of previous orders. Don’t have an account on Valenta yet? Create one by following these steps:

• Click on ‘Login’ at the top right
• Then click on ‘Create an account’
• Fill in your details
• Click on ‘Send’ and your account has been created.

Are there any details in your account that need to be changed?
Following these steps will help you customise your information:

• Click on ‘Login’ at the top right
• Login with your e-mail and password.
• Click on ‘My account’ and then click on ‘My details’
• Now you can change your account information.

If you can’t remember the email address you used when you created your account, please contact us and explain that you have forgotten the email address you used when you created your account. Also indicate the name and address you use for the account and we will try to find your email address.

Lost your password? Click on 'Login' at the top right.
Fill in your email address and click on ‘Forgot your password?’. Within a couple of minutes you will receive an email containing a link where you can change your password.
