It can be very inconvenient when you have a complaint about the service you have experienced. Yet we kindly ask you to pass your complaint to our customer service. You can do this either by e-mail, regular mail and/or by phone. Our employees from customer service will view your complaint and try to solve this to everyone’s satisfaction.

After we receive your complaint you will get a confirmation.

We will answer to your complaint within 14 days after upon receipt. If more time is needed we will inform you.

If you don’t appreciate this you are free to contact the mediation department of Webshop Trustmark (Stichting Webshop Keurmerk) with which Valenta is affiliated. If the mediation does not give a satisfied solution, then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes committee (Geschillencommissie (SGC)).
