Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Orders in The Netherlands placed on weekdays before 22:00 will be shipped the same day.
Orders to Germany placed before 16:00 hrs will be shipped the same day. Orders to other countries placed before 21:00 hrs will be shipped also the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

We will keep you updated on the order process by email. You can also follow the order within your account by clicking on ‘My Account’. When you are in your account, click on ‘My Orders’.

Denmark: 2-3 working days
UK: 2-3 working days
France: 2-3 working days

Poland: 3-5 working days

Hungary: 3-5 working days
Ireland: 3-5 working days
Italy: 3-5 working days (islands excluded)
Portugal: 3-5 working days
Spain: 3-5 working days (islands excluded)
Sweden: 2-3 working days

In ‘My Account’ it says that the order has been shipped. However, I have not yet received my package.

We do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. If the status of the shipment is shown as ‘Delivered’ and you still haven’t received your package after two days, please contact our Customer Support.

I haven’t received all the articles I ordered.

In the order status you can see when the articles have been sent. When all the articles where shipped on the same day, but you haven’t received all the products within your order, please contact our Customer Support.

What's the status of my order and delivery due to Covid-19?

It is very busy due to the Corona Crisis. There is a change that the delivery of your order takes longer than usual.  Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. We do everything to offer you extra convenience and service due to this period.

In order to maintain health, hygiene and safety, our courier adhere to the guidelines and advice of RIVM and the government. Drivers keep their distance or place the order at your front door to avoid physical contact.

The coronavirus spreads through humans and animals. Outside the body, the virus cannot survive well. The chance of getting infected by touching products or surfaces is very small.

Take the measures that apply to all viruses that can cause flu and colds and wash your hands regularly
