Returns
You have the option to return your order within 14 days. So you have two weeks to determine if you want to keep the product you have ordered.
During the 14 days, you may open the packaging and try the product. Please try not to break the packaging if you break the package while it was easy to open, we can charge costs. Your reflection period starts on the day after delivery.
The warranty period of our products is usually 1 year. The warranty is only valid on manufacturing defects, such as stitching and does not apply to wear and tear of the product.
If the consumer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the article, the consumer has the right to return the article to Valenta within 14 working days after taking delivery of the article. The consumer must follow all further return conditions and instructions stipulated by Valenta. This guarantee does not comply if the article has been used, or if the consumer has attempted to mend or alter the article in any way. Return articles will only be accepted if they are sent in the original, undamaged packaging. Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the consumer. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Valenta will reimburse the consumer for the returned article(s) within thirty days after receiving it. If a payments is completed by credit card, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase.
If you want to request a return, please go to the Customer Support page and click on ‘Withdrawal form’. Fill in the form. You will receive the address and instruction afterwards.
It can take up to five business days to process a return shipment. If you haven’t received a message from us after five working days, please contact our customer service.
Already paid for the order? It depends on the payment method when the amount will be refunded. If you haven’t paid yet, the payment obligation shall be extinguished.
You can return the item under certain conditions.
Returns policy
You can return most products within 14 days. You can return or exchange almost anything you buy from us online or over the phone. If the product is damaged or defective, you can check the warranty policy.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal fall on the consumer. The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product. The consumer observed the period of returning the product in any event if the product is returned before the expiration of the cooling off period. Valenta is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
The conditions are:
- Article must be returned within 14 days after receiving it
- You must return an item in the same condition as it was received
- We would like to ask you to send along a copy of the invoice.
