If you want to write a review, please indicate whether your personal information, whether your name is visible to other visitors and whether we may contact you about your review. Your reviews are saved in your account.
Fraud
We use customer data to investigate, prevent and counter fraud. If necessary, we provide customer data to the government.
Postpay
We can check your creditworthiness if you choose to buy items that you do not want to pay immediately. We can use external agencies for this. This is also described in the terms and conditions .
Business customers
We also store contact details of our business customers and partners. If this concerns data of a person, we treat this data just like that of other customers.
Social Media
It is possible to log in to your Facebook account in a number of places on the website. As soon as you indicate that you like an article, that article will appear on your social media account. Valenta has no access to your social media accounts. If you ask us a question via social media and we see the question, we will save your message and your account name so that we can respond to your message.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 18. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. How long we keep personal data
Valenta does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We are legally obliged to keep your data for at least 7 years. This concerns the data that we use to process your order and to execute the agreement that you have concluded with us.
If you have not been active at valenta.com for 7 years, we automatically delete all data that can be traced back to you.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Valenta does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
